For so many people, trying to sign their paperwork for their home purchase can be a daunting experience and is usually one of the largest transactions they will ever make. Additionally I frequently communicate with interested parties in the transaction including Title/Escrow Officers, Lenders, and Relators to ensure everyone knows if any issues arise at a signing.
